PETER LESNIAK

Peter Lesniak Mr. Lesniak is an environmental health professional with experience in conducting environmental field investigations. His areas of emphasis include conducting inspections related to indoor air quality and microbial contamination (fungi, bacteria and viruses), conducting forensic water intrusion investigations, collection of environmental samples, development and technical oversight of remediation scopes, specifications, and field activities, and conducting final clearance evaluations.

Most recently, Mr. Lesniak has specialized in the evaluation of water intrusion through masonry facades, having helped develop and implement the GSE investigation protocol based on experience in the field and studies prepared by the National Association of Home Builders. He has experience managing multi-disciplinary inspection teams in the conduct of due diligence water intrusion and mold evaluations of medium and high rise residential buildings and commercial buildings.

Academically Mr. Lesniak holds a B.S. degree in Biology from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. He has supplemented his academic credentials by obtaining specialized training in building ecology, building science, microbial investigative methods, laboratory coordination and data interpretation and specialized equipment applications. Most recently in 2006 he attended “Mold University”, an intensive technical symposium presented by a leading national laboratory.
