SCOTT MCCLELLAN

Scott McClellanMr. McClellan is a systems planning, information technology and management consultant who has over 20 years of related experience. He manages and maintains our company’s technology infrastructure, including robust systems for data management, remote computing and related information systems. He helps in the administration of the GSE website and also manages specialized extra-net websites for some of our clients.

Before joining GSE, Scott held several positions of increasing responsibility at a major financial institution. These positions provided him with extensive experience in strategic systems architecture and planning, IT project management, financial accounting and budgeting, hands-on application development, database administration, and infrastructure (network and server) management.

Academically, Scott holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from Syracuse University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also successfully completed credit training at Manufacturers Hanover and has attended many technology related training seminars, most recently, “Delivering Information Services” at Harvard University.
