GSE 48 Hour Guarantee Program

GSE's "48 Hour Guarantee" assures that the mold inspection, testing, remediation and clearance work is managed so that the work is done as quickly as possible. This is accomplished through careful coordination with the contractor, next day lab analysis, fast summary reports and scopes, followed by a complete final report.

Our 48 Hour Guarantee means:

  • Initial Inspection and testing scheduled within 48 hours of receiving the job order.
  • Lab results by next working day (except cultures), allowing for fast follow-up.
  • Phone consultations and summary report within 48 hours of inspection, (including a detailed "scope of work") so remediation can begin immediately.
  • Ongoing monitoring of the remediation process.
  • Clearance Inspections and Testing, within 48 hours of completion of remediation
  • Email and telephone notification of clearance within 24 hours of clearance inspection and testing.
  • Fully documented final report
