Water Intrusion and Mold Training for Property Managers

A complementary educational program prepared and offered by Garden State Environmental, Inc. for residential and commercial property managers.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Water intrusion, mold and related indoor air quality issues can be emotional, complex, time consuming, and costly.  How a Property Manager responds can often make the difference between a small event and a major case involving health claims, regulatory enforcement and possible litigation. 

Garden State Environmental, Inc. (GSE) has developed and presented this course nationally to assist Property Managers in effectively managing these issues by understanding:

  • The facts, risks and myths about microbial contamination
  • Identifying and preventing water intrusion and microbial growth
  • Proven response strategies to avoid or defend against litigation
  • Effective communication with Owners/Tenants/Boards
  • How to avoid getting ripped off on remediation
  • Managing the remediation process

REGISTRATION:

Garden State Environmental, Inc. is offering this program on a complementary basis to groups of property managers during the first quarter of 2009. This may be a one (1) to two (2) hour program that can be scheduled between 8:00 and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Management may want to incorporate into breakfast, lunch or a staff meeting to maximize convenience.
