GSE’s team of experts worked with over 40 schools districts clients during the 2024-2025 school year to keep them in compliance with the Lead in Drinking Water (LDW) guidelines from the New Jersey Department of Education and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

June 30, 2025. That's the deadline for compliance with the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) regulations requiring testing of drinking water for lead in all New Jersey schools. Testing and program implementation must be in strict compliance with the Lead in Drinking Water (LDW) guidelines from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP).
